They are very communicative and they really care about the customer, the quality, and installation of the product. We have worked with them twice: first for interior window shutters and blinds - and we were so pleased with that experience we hired them a second time to install an outdoor mechanized screen for our patio. They have a wide selection and are very helpful in providing different options and creative solutions for odd-sized windows or unique requests. I got some quotes the first time around and they were competitively priced, but it's the customer service that really stands out. We really appreciated Stan being there every step of the way to double-check measurements, colors, make sure the install went smoothly, etc. Lovely people running a great company.

Janice helped me with my window coverings for all my windows on my new house in Fort Worth.  This is the second time I've worked with Lone Star Blinds & Shutters.  The first time was at my home in Grapevine where I had Shades installed.   Their prices were fantastic, and the process was smooth.
